Nicolas Vahé Pesto, basil and lemon

Basil and Parmesan pesto is a classic. Use it as part of a tapas platter or as a marinade for a fresh salad with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes. You can also use it to make a quick and easy pasta dish; simply toss the pesto with fresh pasta in the pot, and you have a delicious, flavorful meal in no time. If you aren't a fan of pasta, you can also make oven-roasted potato wedges seasoned with pesto.
